• Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  • Please note that personalized or custom-made artworks are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Refunds
  • Once we receive the returned artwork and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Please allow up to [X] business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• Return Process

• Any artwork returned without prior authorization or not meeting the stated return criteria may be subject to a restocking fee or denial of the return.

• We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that may occur during transit. However, we will assist you in resolving any issues with the shipping carrier to the best of our ability.
• If the artwork is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the buyer, any additional shipping costs for resending the package will be the buyer's responsibility.
