• Returns
  • You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return the artwork.
  • To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  • Please note that personalized or custom-made artworks are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Refunds
  • Once we receive the returned artwork and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Please allow up to [X] business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• Return Process
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email with your order details and reason for return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping address.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the artwork arrived damaged or defective.
• Damaged or Defective Artwork
  • If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • We may request photographic evidence of the damage to assist with the resolution process.
  • Depending on the circumstances, we will either replace the artwork or provide a full refund, including any associated shipping charges.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning artwork to ensure its safe arrival.
• Any artwork returned without prior authorization or not meeting the stated return criteria may be subject to a restocking fee or denial of the return.

• Shipment Tracking

Please note:

• We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that may occur during transit. However, we will assist you in resolving any issues with the shipping carrier to the best of our ability.
• If the artwork is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the buyer, any additional shipping costs for resending the package will be the buyer's responsibility.
